SINGING BOWL MEDITATION AND SOUND HEALING

Our teaching at Bodhi Healing Bowl - Kaivalya Yoga; is based on Nada Yoga. Nada, the Sanskrit word for sound. Nada the hidden energy that connects the outer and inner cosmos.

The sound and tone bring the inner transformation. The sound from vibration perceived by body/mind - "Ahata" and the sound perceived by the Heart Chakra - "Anahata" take you into deep relaxation and meditation. And guides you into "Spiritual Awakening".
