Empowering the Future of Healthcare 🌟

Today, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the brilliant BSc and BNS 2nd-year nursing students from Yeti Health Science Academy at Richmond Fellowship Nepal!

We held an engaging orientation session diving deep into the complexities of addiction, breaking down stigmas, and sharing an inside look at how a rehabilitation center truly operates to restore lives.

Equipping future healthcare professionals with a deeper understanding of addiction is vital for creating a more empathetic and effective medical ecosystem. Thank you for your energy, insightful questions, and dedication to learning, future nurses!

Cultivating Inner Peace: A Session on Mindfulness

We had an incredible session focused on the transformative power of Mindfulness. Guided by the insight that mindfulness is truly "The art of listening to yourself," our participants explored practical ways to stay present and connected.

Led by Psychologist Ms. Deeya, the session covered essential grounding techniques to navigate daily life with more clarity and calm.

Simple Breathing: Reconnecting with the rhythm of the breath.

Body Awareness: Tuning into physical sensations to stay rooted in the now.

The 5-4-3-2-1 Technique: A powerful sensory tool for grounding during moments of stress.

Mindful Walking: Bringing intentionality and awareness to every step we take.

Living with a "spiritual experience" starts with these small, intentional moments of awareness. Thanks to Ms. Deeya for this insightful session.

We are excited about the solutions discussed and remain more committed than ever to our mission.

Thanks to our board for their unwavering guidance.
