TLH+BSO and High uterosacral ligament suspension in a patient with II degree UV prolapse with Cystocele grade2 , ureterolysis was done prior to apical suspension to identify and prevent kinking of ureter.
POD was obliterated to prevent enterocele.

Laparoscopic left Salpingo ophorectomy and rt salpingectomy in a 34 yrs P2L2A1 (prev 2 LSCS) with left ovarian mucinous cystadenoma . 600ml of mucinous fluid was suctioned intraoperatively.
