Dr Bhaskar from our Team attended this renowned gathering organized by WFH in Istanbul :: we do surgical care for people with Hemophilia in Nepal 🇳🇵

On July 25 and 26, 50 participants from 20 countries came together in , Turkey, for a WFH Humanitarian Aid Program workshop on surgical care for people with receiving extended half-life treatment products.

The workshop included WFH Board Member Alok Srivastava, MD, WFH USA Board Member Mark Skinner, WFH President Cesar Garrido, and WFH USA President Len Valentino, MD. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this valuable exchange!

:: June is Scoliosis Awareness Month ::

90–95% of scoliosis patients never need surgery. When scoliosis becomes severe & progressive, surgery improves alignment, balance, appearance, and quality of life.

This week our team at HAMS/AaRus led by Dr Prashant treated 2 patients with scoliosis exceeding 70° Cobb angle. The attached images demonstrate the remarkable correction that can be achieved with modern scoliosis surgery.

We use advanced spinal instrumentation, modern imaging technology, and intraoperative neuromonitoring. Neuromonitoring allows continuous assessment of spinal cord & nerve function throughout the procedure, enhancing surgical safety and supporting better outcomes.

Early detection remains the key. Most scoliosis curves can be monitored or treated without surgery, but severe and progressive curves require timely specialist evaluation.
