गम्भीर अवस्थामा रहेका बालबालिकाका लागि विशेषीकृत PICU सेवा

बालबालिकाको स्वास्थ्य अवस्था गम्भीर हुँदा उपचारमा विशेषज्ञता, निरन्तर निगरानी र अत्याधुनिक प्रविधिको समन्वय अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण हुन्छ। यही आवश्यकतालाई प्राथमिकतामा राख्दै नेपाल मेडिसिटीमा बालबालिकाका लागि Advanced Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) सञ्चालनमा छ।

यहाँ गम्भीर अवस्थामा रहेका बालबालिकाको उपचारका लागि अत्याधुनिक ICU बेड, निरन्तर बिरामी निगरानीका लागि advanced monitors, mechanical ventilator, ECMO, CRRT, Plasmapheresis लगायत आवश्यक critical care सुविधाहरू उपलब्ध छन्। उपचारका क्रममा बालबालिकाको अवस्थाअनुसार विभिन्न paediatric subspecialty का विशेषज्ञहरूको समन्वयमा उपचार व्यवस्थापन गरिन्छ।

२४ घण्टा Paediatric Doctors र PICU Intensivists को निरन्तर निगरानी तथा विशेषज्ञ टोलीको समन्वित सेवाले प्रत्येक गम्भीर अवस्थाका बालबालिकालाई आवश्यकताअनुसार समयमै विशेषज्ञ उपचार र critical care प्रदान गर्न सहयोग गर्छ।
