धेरैजसो लक्षण सामान्य कारणले पनि हुन सक्छन्। तर लामो समयसम्म आवाज बस्नु, निल्न गाह्रो हुनु, दिसा वा पिसाबमा रगत देखिनु, कोठी/तिलको आकार बदलिनु वा लगातार पेट फुल्नु जस्ता समस्या दोहोरिएमा बेवास्ता गर्नु हुँदैन।

समयमै जाँच गर्दा कारण पत्ता लगाउन र आवश्यक उपचार सुरु गर्न सजिलो हुन्छ।

म्यामोग्राम र अल्ट्रासाउन्डमा पनि गिर्खा नदेखिन सक्छ?

कहिलेकाहीँ स्तनको बनावट, heaviness वा tissue density का कारण साना गिर्खाहरू mammogram वा ultrasound मा स्पष्ट नदेखिन सक्छन्। यस्तो अवस्थामा आवश्यक परे MR Mammogram प्रयोग गरिन्छ, तर यो सबैलाई गरिने जाँच होइन।

Fibroadenoma जस्ता केही गिर्खा क्यान्सर होइनन्। तर biopsy गरेर पुष्टि भएपछि मात्र सही निर्णय लिन सकिन्छ।
