- Developing nations pay two to ten times higher interest rates than wealthy nations.
- Poorer countries send about $3 trillion a year to richer ones through debt payments, high interest, and resource tax loopholes.

✔A Borrowers’ Forum to strengthen negotiating power for the Global South
✔ Automatic debt pauses during public health and climate crises
✔ A 1% AI solidarity levy to fund debt relief and essential services
