घरमै hand senitizer कसरी बनाउने???

सबैभन्दा पहिले pharmacy बाट spirit(ethanol) र hydrogen peroxide खरिद गर्ने अनि Cosmetic/pharmacy पसलबाट Glycrine खरिद गर्ने त्यसपछी
70-80% spirit,2-3% Glycrine,0.1-0.3% hydrogen peroxide बाकी 10-20% उमालेको चिसो पानी मिसाउने र अन्तिममा पुरानो सकिएको hand senitizer को बोतल(container) लाई rinse(तयार पारिएको senitizer) ले सफा गरि भर्ने र प्रयोग गर्ने।।।।।
मानौ 100 ml hand senitizer बनाउ
70 ml spirit+3ml glycrine+ 2 थोपा hydrogen peroxide + अनि बाकी उमालेको चिसो पानीले 100 ml बनाउने।
