Hey Ladies thought I'd run it up again with our weekly walks coming back in clutch 🚶🏾 if you're keen we start back to it next Wednesday after having a baby & health issues our coordinator is back at 1000% 💯😎 & ready to get back to it 💪🏾

Starting Wednesday 5th August & every Wednesday after it we will be Running it straight at the Pamnure Basin from 10am 🎯🫡
PLEASE take note I will be making content from these walks ladies so please let us know if your camera shy 🎯
