Trainee Liferaft Servicing Technician
Based in East Tamaki, Denray Marine is a leader in Marine safety, servicing and installing inflatable Liferafts, Lifejackets and a range of safety equipment for the commercial and recreational marine sector.

We pride ourselves on technical excellence and invest heavily in our staff training.

We are looking for a trainee to learn the skills required to become a certified Liferaft Service Technician. We would provide full training both locally and overseas.

Some of the attributes we will be looking for are -

Confidence using hand tools, test equipment, and support equipment.

Attention to detail, able to read and interpret technical instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Nothing like a good hot curry (there are mild versions of each option!) after being in the pool on a chilly morning! Or if a curry isn't quite your thing, we also provide wraps, sandwiches and salads for our course lunches.

In collaboration with Lowry Bay Yacht Club, we'd like to invite anyone who happens to be in Wellington May 11th to attend and view a 6 person liferaft being deployed. Along with an opportunity to view the contents of our emergency packs, and discuss survival skills while out at sea!

Any date/time changes will be posted here so please keep an eye out if this looks like something you would be interested in attending!

New year, new courses!

Due to increased demand, Denray is pleased to announce a FOET course has opened up for January 23rd.
