You don’t need to be perfect

Trying too hard to maintain “perfect” posture can lead to excessive tension in your muscles. A rigid and forced posture can create discomfort and fatigue. Instead, aim for a balanced, relaxed alignment that feels natural. And change positions frequently

Walking backwards is so simple but has a multitude of proven benefits:
• It engages different muscles.
• It stimulates your brain.
• It enhances proprioception.
• It’s great for your low back and knees.
• It improves balance and posture.
This is a nice one to do with kids. It might feel silly at first, but you’ll have fun in the end!
(While you’re at it, why not take a few steps sideways to get even more variation).
