Fun lil Sunday outing with Liv doing contrast therapy at Float Culture 🫶

That cold plunge is what I imagine Rose felt like on the Titanic when the water started coming into the ship 🥶

Bloody uncomfortable but you feel elite afterwards 😂

Sauna was a 10/10 and I love that you can connect your own music (obviously important for the full wellness experience)

If you want to do something different with a mate that’s actually going to benefit your body too, give this a try 👏
