Have you met the lovely OPA, yet? She is now part of the awesome Well Trained Instructor crew 🥳🥰

Opa's Bio:

"I didn’t really find MY thing, in terms of keeping fit and moving my body, until I started at Well Trained 2 years ago. Since then I have consistently been at Well Trained enjoying classes, sweating all the fat and toxins out of my body! I’m so happy I found my place.

Now that I am an up and coming Instructor at the studio, I truly hope I can help you all find your THING too. The thing that CHANGES the way you think about exercise, or body movement. I will do my best to give you all a great experience and a great sweat!"

Hot Pilates Strength 45 🥵🥳 Definitely a great use of your time. An effective 45min class, well worth making time on the mat for!

A low impact workout with Pilates Principles (control of movement, breath, quality over quantity of rep, mindfulness and more) to hit all those micro muscles, stabilization of the body, core, upper AND lower body. With the heat to add the X factor, sweat and calorie burn - we definitely have the goods if you're up for it.

We have a "you do you", attitude of gratitude approach. Be grateful you can move, be grateful you can show up, and we want you to have a great experience.

If you haven't yet tried a class then send us a message and let's get it sussed!

Shot Tim! 👊

The heat heals the body while preventing injury, activating muscles and lifting the heart rate and metabolism.

Tim has been attending WT for years and is one of the many members who use the Hot Yoga and Core Mobility classes to compliment his martial arts training. Sense!

If you don't allocate recovery/flexibility/lean strength now, your body will let you know about it later 😅

We welcome the lovely and sweet ✨ MISHA ✨ to the Well Trained instructor team! She took our in house training and is blossoming as a natural, confident instructor, with your best interests at hand.

Misha's bio:

"My dad introduced me to Hot Pilates and Yoga at Well Trained a few years ago, and what started as fun workout classes we did together, turned into the thing that improved my quality of life.

The low impact heated styled workouts not only helped me become the leanest/strongest version of myself, it also genuinely balances my nervous system and regulates my emotions like nothing else! Overall transforming my mind and body.

I’d love to create that same space for you in my Hot Pilates and Full Body Burn classes!"
