Bob Beaver shared a Google review about the support he received from Yasmin P after hip replacement surgery.
While Bob was unable to manage the usual jobs around the house, Yasmin stepped in. He described her as willing and helpful, punctual and professional, taking care of everything from vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom to polishing and wiping down the furniture.
For Bob, it was a relief knowing the house was being taken care of while he focused on his recovery.
That practical help can make such a difference when someone needs it most.

Meet Liezle 💙

Quality and Risk Lead

Midwife and nurse by profession, Liezle (or Liezzy, as most people call her) spent 11 years across hospital settings with a special interest in critical care. Somewhere along the way, her passion for quality led her into quality and risk, and eventually into leadership.

Early on, she learned that supporting people and achieving great outcomes go hand in hand. For Liezzy, effective leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating space for others to grow, asking the right questions, sharing what she knows, and trusting people to take ownership.

In her role, she's naturally drawn to the details, the "what ifs," and the evidence that helps people make informed decisions, all while keeping safety and excellence at the heart of everything she does.

And now for the really important part: Liezzy is blessed with 15 dogs. Yes, fifteen! Each one has its own beautiful personality, and together they've taught her patience, joy, unconditional love, and one very important life lesson: carry what makes you happy.

Lynne Holder shared a Google review that still warms us.
She spoke about Ruchita Sidhpura - her carer three times a week - and how Ruchita is not only caring and empathetic, but skilled at making her feel comfortable, always on time and prepared, ready with helpful advice, and able to chat and relate like a real person (with a great sense of humour too).
Even while dictating the review with a broken arm, Lynne made a point of recommending Ruchita highly.
