They call it ‘home away from home’! Last week we were back at Our House Community Centre.

🏠 Our House is quite a revolutionary space. It has been set up as a place where adults and children can connect, relax, work and attend specialist events designed to educate and inspire.

♥️ We love being there so it was such a treat to be invited back to talk about First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® - what they are, why New Zealand flowers and plants are so special and how they can support us to meet everyday challenges with more confidence.

⭐A favourite part of the afternoon was when everybody got to make up their own personal flower essence blend to take home with them.

🌺 Each essence has a special keyword e.g. confidence, willpower, love and Tama (12yrs) made up his own flower essence blend by choosing keywords that resonated with him.

🌻Jeanette from is in Birkenhead Auckland every Wednesday afternoon offering First Light® flower essence consultations and personalised blends for koha (donation)
