✨️✨️Wellbeing Workshops✨️✨️

Hey everyone 👋 how are we all going lately?

As winter approaches ❄️ I am feeling drawn to host another series of wellbeing workshops.
Winter is a time when many of us begin to feel isolated, as people begin to spend an increased amount of time indoors.
For that reason, I am feeling the call to host some events to form friendships & connections that feed our soul 🙌✨️.

I am being guided to facilitate topics that include:
✨️Overcoming stress to increase relaxation & calmness.
✨️The nervous system and techniques for relaxation through mindfulness and movement.
✨️Online group meditations to relax the body & brain after a busy week.
✨️Overall with the aim to bring people together to increase social connections.

As you may recall, last year my workshop series were based on Self-Love, Self-Care & the Heart Chakra ❤️.

I hope to confirm some dates for upcoming workshops soon. Keep a look out 👀 on my page & get in touch if you are keen to join us 🙂

Hey everyone 👋 👋
How are we all? Winter is fast approaching in nz 🥶🔥, time to keep warm & take care of ourselves 🥰.

I have been quieter on my page lately as I was on a roadtrip in Australia 🦘🐨.

One of my favourite places of the visit was Crystal Castle just outside Byron Bay, in a little town called Montecollum.

This place is amazing! So magical! ✨️✨️

Have you visited Crystal Castle before, What was your favourite part to see & experience ?

My favourite place was the Enchanted Cave, a magical Amethyst cave so Amazing ✨️

Can't wait to go back again! 💜🩷
