Hi Mums!
I'm a pelvic health physiotherapist (and mum of 3) practicing in Silverdale. I'm passionate about pelvic health, particularly with post partum mums.
I do free 15min phone consults to help answer questions mums may have before seeing someone like me. What do we do? What to expect in a consult? Does ACC help with fees? etc.
I have loads of information on my website too, all about prolapse and pessaries, post partum WOFs, continence, pelvic floor and more.
