MISINFORMED CONSENT IS COMMON IN WOMENS HELATH NEW ZEALAND: Why are there no criminal convictions? HDC, cover up. ACC cover up? NZ Medical Council coverup??

***These are HORRIFIC THINGS NOT TO DISCUSS WITH SOMEONE***. SOMEWHAT ILLEGAL!
I. Post Ablation Syndrome – or that it was such a thing. Resulting in serious pain - most importantly (blood builds up in the tubes, uterus, or ovaries as there is nowhere for the blood to go as the uterine wall is burnt, the blood cannot escape the uterus as the cervix is closed…...
Thus causing “monthly labour like pains”, which is worse than giving birth. This is a pretty major thing and would have put me off immediately if disclosed but barbarically it wasn't. And it is actually happening in about 40% of cases.
II. Ablation Failure resulting in hysterectomy - NOT talked about this at all. A potential for a future hysterectomy as the Ablation Failure happens eventually usually within 5 years, thus hysterectomy the only relief. This is what they are trying to prevent in the first place.
III. Not being able to detect cancer of the cervix - Unable to detect uterine cancer after an Endometrial Ablation, to me this is pretty major information.
IV. Potential for damage anywhere - neighbouring organs, it is like Russian Roulette. This is serious.
V. Potential for pelvic nerve damage - around the pelvic area that can happen with any pelvic procedure. This is what they don't tell you. Even having you in stirrups can damage you.
VI. Potential femoral nerve damage - pudendal nerve damage, pelvic wall damage, many pelvic nerves damage.
VII. Potential for sudden menopause symptoms – SOLD as does not affect hormones, which is completely unethical - as the uterus that contains hormones is burnt, and a chronic shock to the body, and the uterus contains hormones whether these professionals believe this or not. Thus, sudden night sweats, sore breasts etc… body shock suddenly.
VIII. Potential for more pain.
IX. Uncontrollable bleeding - Bleeding after s*x. S*x life permanently wrecked.
X. Potential for Hip damage - by the way they position you in surgery. This is more common than they care to admit..
XI. Potential – for bladder and bowel damage. - NOT disclosed to me.
XII. Potential for Chronic Pain - known and still not disclosed.
XIII. Potential for unsafe Pregnancy - after Ablation is highly unsafe.
XIV. Shrivelled o***y damage and fallopian tubes.
XV. Temporary fix -That it is only a temporary fix.
XVI. Sepsis and death.
XVII. Constant backache, a very common occurrence.
XVIII. Incredible - joint pain in every joint and nerve pain all over the body.
XIX. Damage to central nervous system as burnt.
XX. Death . People have died from the fluid to burn the uterus.
NOTE: ****These are not MINOR things not to inform someone, any civil ethical person would consider them MAJOR!****
THIS IS MEDICAL HARM AND ASSAULT! Particularly if failure results in a unrequired hysterectomy.
It is shocking this is not mentioned in NZ at all, cruel and should be illegal and the perpetrators prosecuted!
THIS HORRIFC PROCEDURE NEEDS BANNNING ENOUGH NZ WOMEN AND NOW TEENAGERS HAVE LOST THEIR SEXUAL ORGANS AND QUALITY OF LIFE. Particularly when ACC deny care.
