💃🏽 ARE YOU READY TO GET YOUR BOUNCE BACK after giving birth? 🙌🏼 Not to be confused with “bouncing back!”

The hurdles:

🦠Relaxin - a hormone that helps your body prepare for childbirth by relaxing ligaments. Basically makes your joints feel very wibbly wobbly after birth. Especially if you are breastfeeding as this will keep those relaxin levels high!

🫩 Sleep deprivation - Long-term sleep deprivation disrupts serotonin (5-HT) systems, leading to the inability to self regulate or feel in control of your moods.
You feel an initial “high” , almost manic and then a falling off a cliff low.

🍈🍈Breast feeding pain - that “deep latch” can be harder to achieve than we initially may think! Sore ni***es, engorged breasts and blocked ducts make the thought of exercising more like running through fire.
