The $100,000 race is on!

Big news for anyone dreaming of a fresh start in 2026. We're giving the first 10 residents at The Tides, Mangawhai and Wānaka Peaks retirement villages a $100,000 Welcome Package to help make the move that much sweeter.

Whether you're drawn to the warmth of the Mangawhai coast or the mountain air of Wānaka, now's the time to make your move. The first 10 residents at each village will receive the $100,000 Welcome Package, but once those spots are gone, they're gone.
