Hello beautiful souls
~ a raw and personal message from me… 🤍

If you are anything like me and experiencing changes in hormones ~ it is a bloody daunting time and confusion creeps in...
~ “Why is my period so strange this month?”
~ “Why am I feeling more anxious and having panic attacks?”
~ “Why can’t I remember literally anything anymore?”
~ “Why is my skin so itchy, blotchy, sore and tingly?”
~ “Why am I so physically and mentally exhausted all the time?”
~ Why, why, why?!

Then you start wondering...
“Is this the beginning of the change?”

Yes... Along with another thousand different symptoms, emotions, weight changes, sleep disturbances, and moments where you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore.

But, and this is so incredibly important to remember...
✨ It is NOT something to dread.
✨ It is something to EMBRACE.

One thing I’ve learnt through my own journey is that this season isn’t just about changing hormones.
Our nervous system becomes more sensitive too. It can feel as though we’re constantly in survival mode.

This is why I believe we need to stop trying to “fight” our bodies and instead gently soften, slow down, breathe deeper, to rest without guilt, to soothe our nervous system so our body feels safe enough to heal, regulate and adapt to this new chapter.

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t the end of who we are...
They are an invitation to come home to ourselves in a completely different way.
And honestly? I think there’s something incredibly beautiful about that.

🪬Yesterday I had the most wonderful experience with where she held me in a 1:1 sacred session ~ “the soft return” ~ a moment for me to be held, seen, heard and understood in a most raw state.

🌸My experience was met with warm welcoming scents, soft music and a calm inviting cosy space within her home.

✨With deep releasing breathing and slipping into meditative healing, I surrendered, cried, let go, cried more, released and finished with a cord cutting ceremony ✨

🌸Holly is absolutely so gifted with this truly incredible offering! I felt so supported and free to speak!
She focussed on the areas that I needed to loosen - my throat chakra and my womb🌸

Honestly it was magikal and i recommend any woman to enjoy the safety of this beautiful experience.
