The Young adults from continue to inspire with their regular seasonal private group sessions ✨
During the summer season I introduced them to the Karana Form Ananda Tandava and was blown away by how quickly they picked it up the basics of this complex Nrtta (Pure Dance) activity.
Looking forward to refining it with them this Autumn 🍂

If you are interested in a single or series of private group classes let me know.
These can be tailored to your needs and done either at the Shala in Remuera or your venue.
Along with Recreate groups, I have also worked with coporate groups both at their workplace or in a yoga shala space, and have even done special events like a birthday party yoga class which I thought was such a great idea 🌟

All classes are on over Easter as usual.
🐇So hop along to class if your in town to support the transition into Autumn and daylight savings ending 🐇

This coming week however I am away a few days, so there are a couple of class changes:
•Tuesday 24th -class as usual

•Thursday 26th -I am away but the shala will still be available for regular students for self practice

•Saturday 28th
-9am class will be covered by .yoga 🙏🏻
-11am class is cancelled
