Gestalt creative therapy

Gestalt creative therapy practise therapy using creative means: using music, art, drawing, play, gaming to help young people.

Play therapy is a creative means of helping children and young teens deal with their problems in a non-threatening manner. Feelings are saftly dealt with using the child/teens likes such as music, play dough, art etc. The family are activally involved in the problem solving and any key players such as schools or religous groups/community that are needed form part of the therapeutic helping process.
