What does your bodies whisper sound/feel like?
Perhaps it’s that sensation of feeling off, not 100% but nothings ‘wrong’. Or you’re getting little niggles, your joints and muscles are trying to get your attention. Maybe your sleep cycle is irregular. The whisper could be you reaching the state of frustration or irritation quickly in a situation that would usually be as cool as a cucumber for you. You’re not pooping everyday, you’re feeling uncoordinated, you’ve got brain fog.
Your body doesn’t speak English but it’s always trying to communicate to you.
You don’t have to wait for a migraine, an ACL tear, a mental break down, your hair falling out, consistent inflammation for you to take the time to recover and integrate stress.
