🎨 A Little Refresh is Underway

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be painting the building hallways, ceilings, and trim, starting in Rose Wing and working our way through one section at a time.

We’re communicating closely with residents to help minimise disruption as much as possible. To make things a little more comfortable along the way, we’ll be setting up a Bridgerton binge in the dining room — along with plenty of extra cups of tea to help everyone through. ☕📺

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while we complete this work. These updates help us keep our home looking fresh, clean, and welcoming for all who live, work, and visit here.

🎉🚧 IT’S HAPPENED! 🚧🎉

It is with great joy that we can officially announce that the road closure is OVER! 🙌

Kenderdine Rd is open again and now features a shiny new roundabout where Bridge St and Milan Rd meet.

Traffic is flowing, spirits are high, and GPS directions finally make sense again. 🙌

It’s been a little while since our last update, and we wanted to take a moment to reconnect 💛

The past few months have been full. Like many communities, we’ve experienced both beautiful moments and some very sad goodbyes recently. We’ve said farewell to some truly special residents who will always hold a place in our hearts. We are so grateful to have shared in their stories, their laughter, and their lives.

At the same time, life here has continued in all its richness — with sunny days in the garden, shared meals, activities, and the everyday moments that make this place feel like home.

We’ve really missed sharing our little updates with you all, and we look forward to getting back into sharing more of these moments again.

Thank you for being here with us, for your support, and for being part of our extended family 🌿

A very Merry Christmas from the KP whanau! 🎄 ❤️

We had a full blown Christmas fare luncheon for all of our residents and staff this Christmas day, and enjoyed Carolers in the halls a few days before. We are so grateful for the joy everyone has shared with us!

Big thanks to our amazing crew who keep showing up with love and joy for our residents everyday, and especially making people feel seen during the holidays. 🥰
