30 minutes.
Door to door.

That’s all it takes to fit in a full-body EMS workout.

Here’s the breakdown. ⏱️⚡

People often assume our job is helping people get fitter.
And yes, that’s part of it.

But after nearly 10 years of helping thousands of Kiwis train with us, we’ve realised something:

Most people aren’t really looking for stronger legs, a firmer core, or a certain number on the scales.

They’re looking to feel more like themselves again.

To have more energy.
To feel stronger and more capable.
To trust their body again.
To feel confident saying yes to the things they love doing.

The physical changes are great.

But the way people feel is what really keeps them coming back. 💛

Most women don't have a fitness problem.

They have a sustainability problem.
They already know exercise is important.
They know strength training matters, especially as they get older.
And they know they should probably be making themselves more of a priority.

The challenge is that life has a habit of getting in the way.

Work gets busy.
The kids need something.
A parent needs help.
The calendar fills up.
And before you know it, another month has gone by.

The women who get the best results aren't necessarily the most disciplined.
They've simply found something that fits into their life well enough to keep showing up.

Because the best workout isn't the hardest one.
It's the one you'll still be doing six months from now. 💛

For legal reasons, this is EMS training. 😅

For actual reasons, it’s one of the most time-efficient ways to build strength.

And yes, people really do keep coming back for more.

When a football legend walks into your studio, you take a photo. 📸⚽️

It was a pleasure welcoming Wynton Rufer to fu/nis and introducing him to EMS training.

EMS technology is increasingly used in professional sport, not only for rehabilitation but also to support strength, conditioning, recovery, and performance.

As someone who has spent a lifetime around elite sport, Wynton was fascinated by the technology and could immediately see why athletes are incorporating it into their training.

Thanks for stopping by, Wynton. We’d love to have you back.⚽️💛

Strength isn’t something we notice losing until it starts affecting everyday life.

The good news? You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to maintain it.

Swipe through to learn why strength matters more than ever after 40. 💛

We’re constantly in awe of our member Lavel.

Not just because she’s incredibly strong, but because she continues to show up for herself week after week.

The truth is, staying healthy isn’t usually about doing something extraordinary. It’s about being consistent with the basics for years, not weeks.

Lavel is a beautiful reminder that strength, energy and vitality don’t happen by accident. They are built through small choices made over time.

And that’s exactly what she’s doing👏💛
