Part 3 - Improving Posture
Tight chest? Your pec minor could be pulling your shoulders forward and contributing to poor posture, neck tension, and shoulder discomfort.
In this video, I show different angles to target the pec minor, along with PNF/MET techniques to help achieve a deeper and more effective stretch.
💡 Don’t just hold the stretch—gently contract into the wall for a few seconds, relax, then move further into the stretch. This can help your nervous system allow more length through the muscle.
Try both arm positions and notice which angle feels tighter for you.
