Hydration matters !

Changing weather increases dehydration risk, which can raise blood glucose levels and worsen diabetes symptoms. Staying hydrated helps regulate blood sugar, supports circulation, and reduces fatigue.

Tips:
✔ Drink water regularly
✔ Avoid sugary drinks
✔ Increase fluids during outdoor activity
✔ Carry hydration drinks when needed
