Understanding immunisations for your tamariki can take time. When you’re feeling unsure, clear information and hearing different perspectives can help things feel easier to navigate.

Gabby, a second-time mum, understands how overwhelming motherhood can feel. Despite her experience, she still found herself second-guessing her decisions about immunisation. By taking the time to seek out trusted information, she felt reassured.

Now, by sharing her story, Gabby encourages other parents to:

- Take time
- Start curious conversations
- Grow their confidence through learning.

Check out Gabby's story below, and if you have any questions about immunisations, our team is always happy to help💚

💙 Just turned 25? Time to do your cervical screening test.

The good news? Cervical screening is now a simple self-test that you can do yourself in a private room at our practice. It's quick, easy, and helps detect HPV, the virus that causes most cervical cancers. It is recommended to do this every 3 years from age 25.

If you've recently turned 25, get in touch to book your appointment.

Men’s Health Week aims to help you get right on top of your biggest and most important asset – your health. 8 Kiwi families every day lose a loved partner, father or tupuna to a preventable illness. Almost one Kiwi man in four will die before they reach retirement age.

These numbers don’t have to stay this way. By making small changes to what we eat, drink, and do each day, we can help prevent these outcomes – because even small steps can make a big difference.

Check out the Men's Health week website for more information and tips to take charge of your health year-round: https://menshealthweek.co.nz/
