July is Sarcoma Awareness Month. Every Friday, members of our team have been showing support and wearing yellow, tomorrow is your last Friday to get amongst it and show your support!

Sarcoma is a rare type of cancer that develops in the body’s bones or soft tissues. Because it’s uncommon, the signs can sometimes be overlooked, but early diagnosis can make a real difference.

💛 Together, we can help spread awareness and support those affected by sarcoma.

Episode 3. Of myths vs facts.

Pain is NOT a damage detector 🧐

Pain is your nervous systems protection response. Not a direct readout of what’s happening in your tissues.

You can have damage with zero pain. You can have zero damage with significant pain. 😱The two don’t move together the way we’ve been taught.

Understanding this changes everything about how you move, train, and recover.

What myth do you want us to bust next? 🤔
