Rākau (pronounced Rah ko ) means tree, branch or plant in te reo, furthermore, Rā is the sun god in our belief system.

It's similarity to the nerve system's structure and vitalistic purpose was pure poetry.

This precious part of our tikanga is blessed sea water collected during karakia (prayer).
We spray it to help cleanse, clear and protect the space and all involved in the session.
