We’ve spent years searching out the best quality botanicals. The range we have for sale on our website is what we use ourselves, our families and for our product development work.

From now until the end of August you can use the code spring26 to get 20% off our entire range of premium botanicals, teas and gin pouches—including our Gin Starter Packs, which are a curated collection of gin botanicals that’s all you need to start creating your own blends.

That should tide us all over until spring awakens our gardens and wild spaces.

Happy distilling!

Modular stills are now available at Alembics and we are really excited to finally have this new range.

Modular stills are particularly good for spirit distillers who want flexibility and a range of functionality in their distilling practice.

One still, so many options! You can choose from one of our pre-configured set ups, or get in touch with us and design your own. https://www.alembics.co.nz/products/copper-stills/

New project, cleaning the still. Love working with clean tools and working space. Just helps focus and sets the intent. Copper sings especially after a bath!
