A little food for thought… 🤔
We know there are a lot of horses around New Zealand enjoying Health Horse products every day, which is something we’re incredibly grateful for.
That’s why we decided to run a giveaway worth over $600 in Health Horse products, with multiple chances to win. The only thing we asked in return was for people to leave a review on the product they use.
To be honest, we’re surprised by how few entries we’ve received so far.
A huge thank you to those who have taken the time to leave a review already. Your feedback means the world to us. Not only does it help our small business, but it also helps fellow horse owners make informed decisions about products that may benefit their own horses.
It has also made me reflect on something bigger.
At Health Horse, we regularly give back through giveaways, sponsorships, prizes and support for equestrian events because we genuinely want to help. We know times are tough, and if we can make someone’s day a little easier, we love doing that.
But it does raise a question:
Are we, as an equestrian community, doing enough to support the businesses and sponsors that support us?
Shows rely heavily on sponsors. Without sponsors, many events simply wouldn’t be financially viable. Businesses invest their money, products and time into supporting our sport, often with very little in return.
So perhaps the question isn’t whether sponsors are doing enough for the industry.
Maybe it’s whether the industry is doing enough to support its sponsors.
