This week an amazing member of our community brought in some incredible feeding friendly postpartum clothing, just in time for summer! ☀

We always need size 16+ maternity and postpartum/feeding friendly clothing.

If you have any of these items you no longer wear, please consider donating to us so we can help women feel comfortable and confident. All of the support we provide is free and we have a dedicated clothing section onsite where women can choose from our selection of clothing and maternity bras ❤

We now have drop off locations at:

Pregnancy Help Auckland, 36c Princes Street Onehunga, Mon, Wed and Fri 9:30-1:30
Grey Lynn Community Centre Mon - Fri
Blockhouse Bay Community Centre Centre Mon - Fri
Howick and Pakuranga Toy Library Mon 9:30-11:30, Thurs 6:30-8pm and Sat 9:30-12:00.

🩵Caring for those who care for others.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're delighted to announce our new partnership with , a New Zealand digital mental wellbeing platform.

Every day, our incredible volunteers and staff give their time, energy and kindness to support whānau across Aotearoa. They are the heart of Pregnancy Help, and we believe they deserve to feel supported too.

Through our partnership with Clearhead, our team will have access to mental wellbeing resources, self-help tools and a network of over 500 registered mental health professionals.

Because looking after our own people is just as important as looking after the families we support. 🩵

We are thrilled to announce that the Howick and Pakuranga Toy Library will be a drop off point for donations for us! A huge thank you to the team who support the work we do providing free, essential items to whānau who are expecting and caring for babies and young children.

Behind that statistic are thousands of families who turn to our local branches for practical help. We provide baby clothing, nappies, bedding, bassinets, newborn packs and other essentials, completely free.

Today, we launch our two-week Givealittle campaign to raise $50,000.

Pregnancy Help supports approximately 1 in every 20 babies born across Aotearoa each year. Your donation will help provide warm clothing, clean nappies, bedding, safe places to sleep and other essentials, while keeping our support free for families.

Every dollar raised will help us strengthen and expand our services so we can reach more families with kindness and without judgement.
