"Fidget Force was born from a simple idea: kids focus better when their hands have something to do. Harley, a 10-year-old entrepreneur, teamed up with an occupational therapist who had seen firsthand how fidgets helped her young clients with ADHD and neurodiversity stay calm and concentrate. Together, they decided to do something about it and Fidget Force was born."

Our bodies give us clues about what we need. We like using visual tools like this body scan worksheet to help children pause, notice and make sense of cues such as hunger, thirst, needing the toilet, muscle tension, energy levels and emotions. Building this body awareness can support regulation, independence and readiness for learning.
