We’ve recently experienced incidents where a customer altered the payment amount on our EFTPOS machine during checkout.

Please be aware that intentionally changing or reducing payment amounts without authorisation is considered fraudulent behaviour and may be reported.

At Massage Loft, we work hard to provide a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our clients and team. We kindly ask everyone to check payment amounts carefully and allow our staff to complete transactions directly.
