These can be common symptoms associated with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), which involves compression or irritation of the median nerve at the wrist.

At IKIGAI MASSAGE, massage may help by reducing muscle tension, promoting relaxation and improving local soft-tissue mobility and circulation around the hand, wrist, forearm and shoulder. This may help relieve muscular discomfort associated with prolonged hand use or repetitive activities.
