Wishing Oscar well as he embarks on a new treatment today. He is working on getting well and back to the gym. Thanks to Kay and her remote admin team at Storm administration who are giving us some help to answer the phone and keep on top of emails.

Starting Tuesday August 5th 2025

Sarah Meale, Multisport Physio, along with Janet Klee, REPS-registered personal trainer, bring you an evidence-based training programme in a group environment.
Group Training is motivating and more fun than doing exercises on your own (or not doing them!). This programme utilises a variety of functional resistance exercises and combines them with balance exercises and stability conditioning.
You will improve muscle tone and strength, core stability and balance.
So, grab a friend and try our group training now!

Devonport Squash Club Gym (situated 69 Wairoa Road Narrow Neck Beach).
Monday & Thursday: 11.15 am start
Start: 6 weeks - 2 x 40 minute sessions weekly
Cost: $30 per week for 6 weeks
All welcome but this is designed for those who are over 65years
