Everyone has a mountain.
I watched 14 Peaks and it wrecked me — in the best way. Watching someone push through that kind of suffering, that kind of altitude, that kind of doubt, and just keep moving... it does something to you. It's not really about the summit. It's about what that pursuit reveals in a person.
Resilience gets talked about a lot. It's become a buzzword — something we admire from a distance, nod at, post quotes about. But resilience isn't a value you hold. It's a muscle you build. And you only build it by doing the hard thing, on the day you don't want to.
Your mountain might not have snow on it. It might be:
The training session you show up to when motivation's gone
The conversation you've been avoiding
The version of yourself you're trying to become, one rep, one choice, one day at a time
The summit isn't the point. The climbing is what changes you.
What's your mountain right now? 🏔️
