From 10/10 Pain and Sleepless Nights to Feeling Hopeful Again 💙

Stephanie had been living with severe pain around both shoulder blades for nearly two years following a workplace injury. The pain affected her movement, disrupted her sleep and led to frequent hospital visits.

While searching online for support, she discovered Pain Management Clinic and booked an appointment with Alan.

Stephanie says she arrived at her first session with pain she rated as 10 out of 10. By her second session, she reported that it had reduced to around 1–2 out of 10. She could move more comfortably, sleep better and begin returning to her day-to-day activities.

After struggling for so long, Stephanie was excited to share her progress and recommend PMC to others experiencing pain.

Stories like Stephanie’s remind us why listening, proper assessment and personalised care matter.

If pain wasn’t holding you back, what would you love to do comfortably again?

Maybe it’s playing with your children, getting through the workday, having energy left after work, or simply enjoying a walk without worrying when the pain might start.

Pain doesn’t only affect one part of the body—it can affect our sleep, work, relationships and the everyday moments that matter most.

At the Pain Management Clinic, your pain matters—and so does your story. We’re here to listen, understand and help you explore the right support for your needs.

The Reason Behind Pain Management Clinic 💙

Pain Management Clinic was founded with one clear purpose: to make quality pain care more accessible to everyone.

Clinic Director Alan saw how difficult it could be for people living with pain to find the right support. Many faced limited treatment options, uncertainty about where to turn and financial barriers that sometimes caused them to delay—or completely give up on—seeking care.

PMC was created to bring different pain-management services together, help patients better understand their options and provide high-quality care at a more accessible cost.

Our FREE Pain Assessment is part of that commitment, giving new patients an opportunity to discuss their condition and explore a suitable care pathway without immediate financial pressure.
Because no one living with pain should feel alone or believe that help is out of reach.

From crutches and constant pain to walking with greater confidence. 💙

When Yad Kumari came to Pain Management Clinic, she shared that she had been experiencing severe pain despite seeing specialists and taking painkillers. While previous care had focused on her knee, Dr Alan suggested that her symptoms could be related to sciatica.

After receiving a personalised combination of physiotherapy, massage therapy and acupuncture, Yad reported a significant reduction in her pain. She was delighted to enjoy her weekend, walk without the same limp and move without relying on crutches.

Her message to others living with pain:

“I highly recommend PMC. Please come here and see for yourself.”
