Message from my Spiritual Team this morning ✨️

You are not your pain. You are not your mistakes. You are not your childhood, your heartbreaks, or the people who couldn't love you right. You are what you chose to do with all of it. Every habit you've picked up, every fear you carry, every wall you've built, it all came from somewhere. And while it makes sense that you learned to protect yourself the way you did, it's also okay to unlearn. To question. To shift. To grow. You're allowed to rewrite the story. Tust because life handed you broken pieces doesn't mean you can't build a masterpiece. So take your pain. Take your lessons. Take all the messy, raw, unfiltered parts of your journey, and turn them into power. Into wisdom. Into purpose. The past shaped you. But you define you. Your story isn't over. You're just getting started.

Good morning beautiful souls.

I have pulled a few cards for us on this chilly spring morning.

As I was shuffling and connecting with the collective energy I felt this huge need for connection.

I felt a divide, a separation between us all. There seems to be a me and them thought process atm that is causing alot of us to question the way we think and feel and the way the people we share our energy with do too.

We are being called to assess our connections.

A new season of humanity is upon us and we are being asked to make some big life choices. These can include who we do and don't have with us on this new path.

Soul connections with others can be the most rewarding and satisfying things that we can experience in this lifetime.
If we invest the right nourishing energy into them.

Its important to regularly ensure that your friendships are healthy ones.
Where there is not only a consistent flow of energy and respect, but also an inspiration and encouragement that occurs between each of you.

Genuine Connections are one of the keys to experiencing true joy.
And one of the things we definitely need more of right now is more joy!

The most important and fulfilling connection is the one we have with ourselves. So also check in on your relationship with you and spend some time nourishing that too.

Do yourself a favour this upcoming week.
Unplug from technology and the latest updates.
Destress.
Break out of the seriousness you're carrying around.

And reconnect with the people in your life that bring you that pure unadulterated joy.
The people that are going to be so full of joy to reconnect you.

Do something that inspires you and gives some serious soul satisfaction.

I promise you'll be thankful that you did.

Good morning beautiful souls.

Hope everyone had a fabulous week and navigated the energies from last weekends Aries Full Moon ok.

It's been intense to day the least!

So here is a card for us all to begin our weekend.

And it's the Sun Dancers.

These beautiful ladies celebrate you now and remind you of the laws of success and praise.

Anything you give energy to will manifest.

Expect the best and have gratitude in advance.

This unleashes magical magnetic energy drawing what you want towards you to create the reality you crave.

Be willing to dance the victory dance as if your greatest dreams and wishes have come true and watch how easily everything begins to fall in place.

Stay positive and leave the timing up to the Divine.

Patience and trust in your path is key.

But you must be aware of loosing yourself in your dreams of the future.

Keep focused on the plan at hand and the choices that will keep you in line with that end goal.

When it all seems so far away trust that tomorrow is another day and the sun will rise again to shed it's warmth and light on you.

And you can keep moving towards your bright future.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

And I’m not speaking about it because I read about it.

I’m speaking about it because I lived it.

Domestic violence isn’t always a black eye. Sometimes it’s controlling where you go, taking your keys, blocking you from leaving, controlling the money, isolating you, threatening you, destroying your things, or making you afraid of what will happen if you say the wrong thing.

And leaving doesn’t always mean it’s over. For many survivors, the control and abuse can continue after separation.

So this month, I’m speaking a little louder. 💜

For the woman still trying to figure out how to leave.
For the mother rebuilding with her babies beside her.
For the survivor who still questions whether what happened was “bad enough.”
For the ones who made it out.
And especially for the ones who never got the chance.

I survived something that was meant to break me.

Now I use my voice so another woman knows she isn’t alone.

Today, reset your life. Focus only on the information, actions, and thoughts that shape who and what you want to become. Let your decisions be guided by an awareness of your future self, the person you want to become and the life you want to create. But live in the present and enjoy each moment as the greatest miracle.
