👋 WELCOME TO THE TEAM, JORDAN DWIGHT! 💪

We're excited to welcome Jordan Dwight to the Foundation Clinic team, who officially joins us today as a Physiotherapist at our First Ave location!

A big sports and outdoors enthusiast, he enjoys playing rugby, hitting the gym and getting out on the golf course whenever the weather allows! 🏉⛳

With a passion for rehabilitation and performance, Jordan's goal is to get his patients back doing what they love, while helping them become stronger, fitter and better athletes along the way.

🏃‍♀️ You don't have to be an elite athlete to deserve elite care 🙌

At Foundation Clinic, we believe everyone should receive the same level of attention and support that high-performance athletes do.

That means:
✅ A clear plan for recovery
✅ Regular check-ins and progressions
✅ Hands-on coaching and expert guidance
✅ A focus on getting you back to doing what you love

Whether your goal is returning to sport, keeping up with the grandkids, or simply moving without pain, your recovery deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Because the best outcomes come from a plan that's tailored to you💛
