🧠 Why Do Muscles Get Tight?

Muscle tightness isn’t random — it’s your body trying to protect you.

● After a massage (especially deeper work), some people feel a bit sore or fatigued. Staying hydrated can support how your body feels as it settles.

● Massage improves circulation and movement in the tissues—hydration helps your body continue functioning at its best afterwards.

Simple tip:
Have a glass or two of water over the next few hours—no need to overdo it, just keep hydration topped up.

Your care doesn’t stop when you leave the room—small habits like this help you get the most out of your session.
