As some of you may know Paul (osteopath) will be out of action from today 13th July until roughly the first week of September due to him having his hip replaced. He will stay in touch as to the exact date he will be returning. Thank you for all your messages wishing him well.

We are looking for hardworking volunteers who would like to get their feline fix for a few hours each week!

We are looking for volunteers for these specific shifts:
🐾 Monday Evening (5.30pm - 7.30/8pm)
🐾 Tuesday Morning (8am - 10.30/11am)
🐾 Wednesday Morning (8am - 10.30/11am)
🐾 Friday Morning (8am - 10.30/11am)
🐾 Sunday Morning (8am - 10.30/11am)

Shifts involve MOSTLY cleaning, scrubbing, sweeping, mopping BUT there are many many many feline helpers to make it oh so much more difficult 😉

We are a friendly bunch of crazy cat people and we would love to have some new faces around!

REFLEXOLOGY:

👣 What to expect from a reflexology treatment:

Reflexology uses gentle but firm pressure on specific points on the feet to support relaxation and wellbeing. It shouldn’t tickle or be painful—most clients find it deeply relaxing.

You’ll remain fully clothed, simply removing your shoes and socks. As the lower legs are also treated, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.

Reflexology may help reduce stress, promote healthy circulation, improve sleep quality, help ease symptoms of mild anxiety and improve mood.

30min massage or reflexology - $65
60min massage and/or reflexology - $90
90min massage and/or reflexology - $125

You can now book a one hour massage at these latest times:
🗓 Monday – 5:30pm
🗓 Tuesday & Thursday – 5:15pm
🗓 Wednesday – 5:00pm

Whether you’re finishing work, juggling a busy schedule, or just ready to unwind you can now squeeze in some relaxation. If you’d like a longer session at a specific time, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Signs Your Body Might Need a Massage:

Your body will often give signals when muscles are too tight or stressed. Common signs could include:

- Constant neck or shoulder tension

- Frequent headaches

- Lower back pain

- Feeling stressed or anxious

- Poor sleep

- Stiffness when waking up

- Feeling tired even after rest........and plenty more.

Massage isn't just about relaxation but a tool used for overall wellness. It can help reduce many of the symptoms listed above. How often you should get one is completely up to you and your circumstances. However a RELAXATION massage can be used to prevent any major issues developing so as often as you can afford between 1-6 weeks. A PAIN RELIEF massage we suggest leaving at least 3 days between treatments to allow muscles to recover but recommend weekly or fortnightly until the pain has eased.
