I'm an hour out from boarding and am officially on holiday mode 🙏 life hack - if you want to ensure yearly trips to France, marry someone French 😝

I'm back in the country July 25th but will take an additional week off to adjust to time zones before I'm up working again. I'll be back in clinic on August 3rd! Meanwhile, I will post Arii's available hours later tonight.

It's Pride Month 💅🌈 as a q***r body worker, I thought it was time to share this gem ✨️

Every session, every client and every-body can be so vastly different. Some sessions, we can be laughing and cracking jokes the whole time, sometimes we have silent sessions where all you can hear is music and breathing, other times, my client can be unloading their whole week onto the table. All in all, the main goal Arii and I have with every session is that no matter who is on our table, they feel reassured that they are in a safe space.
