We also offer yoga classes on tuesdays The clinic offers beauty treatments and services for both men and women. The products ranges include organic cosmeceuticals as our focus is the beauty and health of your skin and body. Yoga Classes and one on one sessions are available throughout the week. Through the knowledge of yoga you body too

can also be transformed, you will becomes healthier, leaner and more flexible. Your experience with us will be calming & serene with amazing results. I believe it is important to enjoy very treatment in a calm beautiful environment so even a basic wax becomes a pampering experience. Even if you book in for a quick brow tidy you will leave feeling amazing. We look forward to getting to know you & working alongside you to achieve your skin, body and beauty goals. My classes are a lovely combination. Vinyasa, Hatha, and Iyengar & each bring something valuable to you as a student
The benefit for your body & mind is truly wonderful …

* Vinyasa offers flow, movement, and breath connection.
* Hatha provides steadiness, awareness, and a slower pace, very like yin yoga
* Iyengar emphasizes alignment, precision, and safety.

My class combines movement, breath, and mindful alignment. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, I encourage you to work at your own pace and honour your body. There is no perfect pose—only your experience each time you come to class ♥️
