We know this changeover to our new computer system may have caused some interruptions or delays, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to get everything up and running smoothly, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding as we settle into the new system.

🔔 Big changes happening today!

Our computer system upgrade is underway, which means a few things today:

We're closing early at 3:00pm, and our afterhours clinic will also be closed tonight.

We reopen as usual on Monday 13th July at 8:30am, but will be running at reduced capacity for the following two weeks while we settle in; don't worry, urgent and afterhours bookings will still go ahead as normal on our open days.

As part of this upgrade, our Manage My Health portal is also shutting down today, as we move over to a new system, MyIndici, launching Monday 20th July.

Until then, if you need anything you'd normally sort through the portal - prescriptions, appointment queries, results - just give us a call on 07 827 4234.

If you're registered with Manage My Health, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with instructions on switching over.

As of THURSDAY 9TH JULY, the Manage My Health portal will no longer be accessible. We are switching to myindici. Please visit our website www.cambridgefamilyhealth.co.nz for IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL OUR PATIENTS!

On Thursday 9th July we will be closing at 3.00pm due to an upgrade in our computer system. Our afterhours clinic will also be closed.

We will re-open Monday 13th July at 8.30am

Due to the change, we will be operating at reduced capacity over the next 2 weeks, however we do hope there will be minimal disturbance for our patients. Our booked urgent clinic and after hours will still be operating on the days we are open.

The Manage My Health Portal will be shut down on Thursday 9th July and we will be changing to MyIndici, this will be in operation from Monday 20th July. If you are registered to Manage My Health you will receive an email through the portal explaining the steps you need to take to change over.

We kindly ask during this time that you are patient and kind towards our staff, it is a big change, but a necessary one.
