We're excited to welcome Loren back to Sports Clinic! Many of you may remember her from her time with us back in the Sports Med days. Since then, she's gained valuable experience working in the UK and now returns to continue helping our community stay active and pain-free.

With a special interest in sports injuries, runners and dancers (being a dancer herself!), Loren understands the demands your body faces—whether you're training, competing or simply keeping active.

As we take a moment to celebrate Matariki and spend time with our loved ones, our clinic will be closed over the long weekend.

Closed: Friday, 10th July – Sunday, 12th July
Reopening: Monday, 13th July (business as usual)

From the clinic to the mountains! 🚵‍♀️⛰️

Last week, our Senior Physiotherapist, Mary Gray took on the Hero MTB Marathon World Cup in Andorra, Spain, tackling a challenging 64km course with over 2300m of climbing and technical mountain terrain.

Against a world-class field, she crossed the finish line in an incredible 10th place.

We're so proud of her commitment to pushing limits, embracing challenges, and leading by example when it comes to health, performance, and resilience.
