Great to welcome Mainland Pouākai and Tall Ferns forward Esra McGoldrick into Reform Radiology ahead of the new Tauihi season.

Pictured with team doctor Dr Yaso Kathiravel and Reform Radiologist Dr Andreas Shekkeris, Esra recently came in for a scan as she prepares to get back on court.

It’s great to play a part in supporting Esra and the wider Pouākai team.

💙 September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Blue September is an important reminder for men to know their risk, understand their family history and have conversations about prostate cancer screening and early detection.

At Reform Radiology, we support prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment through advanced imaging including MRI, ultrasound and PSMA PET-CT, as well as targeted radioligand therapies.

This Blue September, we’re encouraging men to look after their health, check in on their mates and start the conversations that matter.

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, raising awareness of one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in men. Understanding risk factors, knowing family history, and having conversations about screening can help support early detection and better outcomes.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand is a charity that supports men, families and whānau affected by prostate cancer through free information, counselling, support groups and exercise programmes, while also funding NZ research and advocating for earlier detection and better care. They provide valuable resources that help men navigate the path to diagnosis

Reform Radiology is coming to Nelson!

We’re excited to announce plans for a new purpose-built diagnostic imaging clinic in Nelson, opening in early 2027.

Building on our established Christchurch service, the new clinic will bring increased imaging capacity, modern technology and a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services to the Nelson region.

We’re creating a regionally focused service designed to give patients and referrers greater access, capacity and choice when it comes to diagnostic imaging.

June is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month.

Every day in New Zealand, 9 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer and 3 die. But when found early, bowel cancer is highly treatable.

We’re proud to share that the Reform Radiology fit-out project has received a GOLD award in the Altus Window Systems Health Project Awards, part of the 2026 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.

This project transformed an existing office fit-out into New Zealand's first dedicated Molecular Imaging & Therapy Centre, supporting new PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine technology.

Reform Radiology is proud to support The Gut Foundation NZ, the leading authority on gut health in New Zealand, with a Kaupapa (strategy) to improve gut health for Kiwis through education, awareness, and research.

Gut-related conditions can have a significant impact on everyday life, yet many people silently live with symptoms or delay seeking help. Raising awareness and encouraging early investigation can make a real difference to health outcomes.
