Filming for the latest Christmas program for the digital collection is happening today. This program utilizes the soft ball for a little bit of fun and alot of familiar core connection🎄🏐 it's been aptly named Christmas Baubles.

5 years ago today I started zooming my classes when NZ went into full lock down mode, thanks to Covid 19.

I kept up with the timetable, plus added extra lunch time options for clients across the country.

And I'm still using this technology, for the 4th Thursday of every month @ 9am
