The sun has set on another term of Pilates. It was a long one, 11 weeks of movement, stretching, challenge and breathing.

5 years ago today I started zooming my classes when NZ went into full lock down mode, thanks to Covid 19.

I kept up with the timetable, plus added extra lunch time options for clients across the country.

And I'm still using this technology, for the 4th Thursday of every month @ 9am

Going into "fix it" mode. The platform extender has been getting a workout of its own lately and the base plate had become loose. Allen and his key just did a little reset on the screws and we are good to go again 😁

What to do on NYE when summer feels like winter 🥶 and it's bucketing down?
I figured the cosy studio was the best place to be, so pumped up the 🎶🎵 pulled out all the fun props and got moving. 90 minutes later, every muscle is shaking and my body feels stretched, released and ready for 2025 💪😉
